Return & Refund Policy for Vitamin Supplement Products

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Products returned without original packaging or labels.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer.

3. Return Request Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at aarogyaseva.info@gmail.com with:
  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (in case of damage/defect)
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the full product amount is refunded.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, return shipping costs are covered.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed and the return policy applies.
